We go in to Subway about once or twice a week. The employees are great and sandwiches are tasty with great looking vegetables. I would have given 4 Stars but I believe the cleanliness of the store could be better. Windows are dirty with hand prints everywhere. Tables need attention between customers and the counter window where food is prepare looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Because of this store’s location i am sure they stay consistently busy, however first impressions are important. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

Subway at this location used to be excellent at filling orders and people were always busy who work there. As of late they have made subs wrong and had to replace one and there workers have been standing around and have a bad attitude. Hopefully this review helps and they improve service.

When you're a vegetarian and you ask for extra veggies on a sandwich and the worker behind the counter looks at you like you're putting him out like he has to go into his personal drawer of vegetables and use the ones he was going to use for his family or something it is concerning I can safely say. We will not be going back to the subway on WEST 11TH. GOOD JOB SUBWAY EMPLOYEES FOR RUNNING OFF A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO'S BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 5 YEARS.
